Sample Preparation
To ensure the fastest turn-around times and highest quality sections, please follow these steps during sample preparation.
- Mark all samples clearly.
- Preferably mark across sample with Sharpie or tape where you want the sample sectioned.
- Indicate the amount of mineral staining desired (1/2 slide, full slide, other).
- Attach a list of sample names/numbers with any special instructions.

Friable Samples:
To assure desired results, we will impregnate any samples which cannot be satisfactorily prepared without impregnation.
Sample Return, Shipping Charges:
- All remaining material will be returned at client's expense unless otherwise instructed.
- A minimum charge for shipping and handling will be added to your order.
- Orders are normally shipped via the least expensive vendor unless otherwise specified.
- We can use your shipper number to return your samples.
